As Talent Manager, Smrithi Swaminathan facilitates the full employment lifecycle, with a strategic focus on recruitment, employee experience, and HR policy execution. She collaborates with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent and ensures an equitable, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Driven by a deep commitment to diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion (DEBI), Smrithi stewards the organization's culture by cultivating strong relationships across the team and promoting a high level of engagement and collaboration.

Smrithi holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She brings nearly ten years of prior experience as an HR specialist, consultant, and creative editor to her work. In her current role, she serves as the primary administrator for key HR operations and employee development programs, ensuring that the organization’s talent strategies align with its mission of empathy and connection.

Outside of work, Smrithi enjoys reading non-fiction books, practicing yoga, and savoring a well-made, extra hot cappuccino. Her favorite children’s books are All the World by Liz Garton Scanlon and The Wonderful Things You Will Be by Emily Winfield Martin.
