Triangle Learning Days offers innovative, fun learning experiences and connects families to local re


Editor’s note: we are thrilled that Wash & Learn Durham will be featured as part of  Triangle Learning Network‘s Triangle Learning Days on May 18! This post is from Adam Reger of Remake Learning Days, a national celebration of innovative experiences and opportunities for youth to develop their sense of creativity, perseverance and curiosity. This festival of events is hosted by a variety of organizations, such as schools, museums, libraries, after school organizations, early child care centers, universities, media centers, tech startups and more.

Triangle Learning Days, set for May 17 and 18, offers kids, parents, and caregivers across the Triangle a chance to experience the future of learning through interactive activities and hands-on events. The two-day festival is part of this year’s slate of Remake Learning Days Across America. The Pittsburgh founded Remake Learning Days was first established in 2016 to showcase connected learning events that highlighted the future of learning throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia. This year, Remake Learning Days festivals take root in six new regions, including the Triangle.

The festival reflects the Triangle region in the wide variety of experiences it offers festival attendees. Area universities and tech companies will be hosting events, but there will also be activities presented by educational nonprofits, libraries, schools, and even a local farm. Keep reading…
