Dream Big Book Drive: A Community Celebration Powered by Books

Dream Big is almost here and thanks to an incredible community of partners, this year’s event (our 15th annual!) is shaping up to be one of our most joyful yet.

Dream Big is Book Harvest’s signature community book drive and celebration, bringing families together around stories, choice, and the simple magic of growing up surrounded by books. It’s a day designed for families and volunteers, powered by generosity, and rooted in the belief that every child deserves an abundant home library.

While all volunteer spots are officially full (thank you!), Dream Big is still wide open for families—and there’s so much to enjoy:

✍️ Free poems created on the spot by The Poetry Fox

🎨 Free face painting by Book Harvest favorite Kathi’s Klowns

☕ Free hot chocolate from Baekho

🚗 Free parking with on-site signage to guide you

Community members are invited to bring new or gently used children’s books to donate. Drop them off easily at our drive-thru book drop-off or walk them straight to the book drop-off station during the event.

Every donated book helps fuel Book Harvest’s mission—and keeps the joy of reading growing.
