As Book Babies Manager, Caitlin manages quality delivery and fidelity of the Book Babies program in Durham. She conducts home visits, provides data for program evaluation, and nurtures community partnerships in support of the growth and effectiveness of Book Babies in Durham.

Caitlin has worked with children and families for 15 years as a social worker and home visitor, most recently with The Center for Child and Family Health and Orange County Department of Social Services. She grew up in Oklahoma and got her Bachelor of Social Work from TCU and her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington.

Caitlin lives in Durham with her husband, two kids, and two cats. She enjoys playing games with her kids, reading, and trying new restaurants. Her favorite children’s book currently is Click Clack Moo, Cows that Type by Doreen Cronin.
